This policy explains how Aloka Systems LLC handles information collected through this website.

What we collect

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It does use Firebase Analytics (a Google product) on the live site to understand aggregate usage such as page views and general visitor counts — it does not access anything you have not chosen to share with us.

The contact form sends what you type — name, work email, company (if given), and your message — directly to our database as soon as you press “Send message,” so we can reliably follow up even if your device has no email application configured. It also opens a prefilled draft in your own email client as a convenience copy for you; whether you send that draft or not, the message has already reached us.

How we use it

We use the name, email address, company, and message you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about the work you asked about. We do not sell or share it with third parties. Enquiry records are stored in our database and are not readable by other visitors to this site.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to serve the relationship, and are deleted on request.
